High quality, heavier weight, 3 layer polyester twill. This 3 ply fabric has a waterproof, windproof and breathable membrane laminated between a soft face fabric and a woven inner. No additional lining would be required. Very similar in nature to traditional Gore-Tex 3 layer.

Available in Fluorescent Orange and Fluorescent Yellow for high visibility clothing and gear at the Special offer price of only £10.00 VAT per metre.
